Part-Time Wine Tasting Room Associate

Overview This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for wine or a desire to learn more about the wine industry. Capitello offers a selection of unique wines with personalized service. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused host to join our team. As a part-time host at our wine tasting room, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment they arrive. You'll help manage reservations, greet visitors, and support our tasting room team to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive attitude Manage reservations and ensure smooth guest flow Provide guests with information about our wines, events, and tastings Guide guests to their designated seating areas and ensure they're comfortable Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries. Collaborate with the tasting room staff to ensure excellent service Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service A passion for wine or eagerness to learn about wines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle high-volume periods Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within a dynamic work setting. Flexibility in schedule
