If you're looking for an opportunity to launch a career in sales, customer service, or wireless technology, we'd love to meet you. No previous sales experience is necessary. We offer paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in a retail environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude. Identify customer needs and recommend wireless devices, service plans, and accessories that fit their lifestyle. Educate customers about available promotions, pricing, and product features. Provide assistance with account questions, wireless services, and device-related concerns. Help maintain an organized, clean, and inviting retail store. Participate in training sessions to expand product knowledge and sales techniques. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve individual and store performance goals.
