Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Marijuana Budtender to join our team. Looking to fill 1-2 positions. We are looking for a full time employee. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs, while being sure to follow all state and local compliance guidelines. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash register operations. Maintain an organized stock of products and ensure all items are properly displayed. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and restocking shelves as needed. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products. Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is an advantage. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
