Part-Time | $14.05/hour + Tips Must Be 21+ Years Old At Redbarn, providing an exceptional customer experience is our top priority. We are looking for positive, reliable, and team oriented individuals who are passionate about cannabis and customer service. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Deliver the Redbarn customer experience to every guest Engage customers with a positive attitude and strong listening skills Guide customers toward products that match their desired experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor Keep merchandise displays fully stocked and up to Redbarn standards Accurately handle cash and process transactions Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations Stay up to date on product knowledge, including new inventory and vendor education

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Open availability highly preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Must be dependable and consistently arrive to scheduled shifts on time Must present yourself in a clean, professional manner 2+ years of cash handling and/or retail experience preferred Basic cannabinoid and terpene knowledge preferred Must obtain an OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit Background check required Must pass drug screen (cannabis permitted)
