JUNE 4, 2026 JOB SUMMARY This position will be responsible for the daily receiving, processing, and delivery of all retail merchandise and goods for the Wildhorse Resort & Casino. Performs monthly and quarterly physical inventory on both the Gift Shop, Golf Pro Shop, Arrowhead Travel Plaza, and Mission Market.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Ensures customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service. Delivery of department requisition orders in an efficient and timely manner. Researches and reports variance issues in both the Gift and Pro shops, working in conjunction with department managers. Maintains inventory database for Gift Shop and Golf Pro Shop. Receives inventory into inventory system for Gift Shop and Golf Pro Shop making sure inventory is accurate and up to date. Helps maintain the CSA inventory system for Arrowhead Travel Plaza and Mission Market. Provides guidance on Inventory setup in CSA Is the point person on quarterly inventory for Gift Shop and Golf Pro Shop. Performs monthly inventory with Arrowhead Travel Plaza and Mission Market Stocks all inventory, supplies, goods, and materials in a safe appropriate manner, using the FIFO methodology. Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to the supervisor. Maintains and monitors warehouse equipment for safety and operational efficiency. Promptly reports needed repairs and/or operational concerns to the supervisor. Regularly communicates S&R operational needs, concerns, or unusual issues to the supervisor. Promotes internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior. Complies with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc. Conducts monthly inventory counts. Cross-trains with Inventory Clerk and performs those duties as a backup. Cross-trains with Shipping and Receiving clerk and performs those duties as a backup. Distributes mail and deliveries to departments using established standards. Handles and stores chemical supplies knowledgeably and safely. Responsible for all pickups and deliveries that are processed through the S&R department by enforcing and maintaining a daily delivery log. Accountable for daily resort run to pick up and deliver inter-departmental mail. Other duties as directed, related to property and supply needs.

SIGNATORY ABILITY
: Mail, UPS, FedEx, and deliveries sign-off.
ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS
: Warehouse storage.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: At least six (6) months of retail inventory experience. Warehouse experience. Demonstrates computer literacy with an emphasis on Excel and word. Demonstrates how to operate a ten-key calculator. Has forklift experience and forklift credentials or to obtain credentials within 90 days. High School Diploma or GED or Ten (10) years of experience. Possesses a valid state driver's license with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest convictions within the last five (5) years in any state per WRC insurance requirements. Stand and/or walk for long periods; perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers; and lift and maneuver bulky items up to 50lbs. (Sitting 25%, Walking/standing 55%, and Bending/lifting 20%) Must be personable, friendly, work well with others, and be a team player. Effective communication skills - verbally provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities. Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests. Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
