We're a sales and business consulting firm, looking for an Entry Level AT&T Team Member to help power up wireless devices and mobile tech. The Entry Level AT&T Team Member builds custom-fit service plans that optimize client value and device performance, driving sales momentum through account audits and smart upgrade recommendations. As an Entry Level AT&T Team Member, you're on the front lines of our retail shops, mapping out the client journey several moves ahead. The Entry Level AT&T Team Member's strategic recommendations during the sales process eliminate friction and fuel account growth. This forward-thinking approach sets the standard for next-level retail sales in our region. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Team Member Power through AT&T wireless activations and upgrades, making sure every customer walks out with a fully optimized device and wireless plan. Run account audits with customers, syncing smartphones and data plans to their specific lifestyle needs. Log sales and customer interactions in company systems, powering accurate reporting and consistent retail sales growth. Break down technical questions about smartphones and wireless connectivity, turning complex issues into clear, customer-friendly solutions. Promote trade-in credits and multi-line discounts, helping families and individuals maximize savings while boosting overall sales. Level up customer confidence by demoing smartphones face-to-face and breaking down 5G advantages in relatable, hype-worthy terms. What We're Looking For in an Entry Level AT&T Team Member High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is a plus but not essential. Experience in sales or account management, consistently building long-term customer loyalty. Strong organizational game to manage multiple accounts, keep enrollment data on point, and drive territory sales growth. Flexible and proactive, ready to adapt to industry shifts and position our retail brand as the go-to for smartphones and wireless connectivity.
