Retail Associate

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product demonstrations, handle transactions, and maintain the overall appearance of the store. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register. Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and objectives. Skills Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Experience in retail sales, preferably within a grocery store environment. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash register operation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Familiarity with card systems and cash registers is preferred but not required. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to convey product information clearly to customers.
