Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide knowledgeable information about merchandise, including features and benefits Process transactions accurately using retail software and cash handling procedures Manage cash registers with precision, including cash management and cashiering responsibilities Support customers with basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and financial services like loan processing when applicable Maintain organized displays and ensure the store environment is clean, inviting, and well-stocked Address customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary Requirements Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing proficiency Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
