This seasonal position is expected to continue through mid-January 2027 and plays a key role in creating one of Oregon's most popular holiday events. As a Holiday Display Crew Member, you'll help install, maintain, and remove holiday lights, decorations, displays, signage, and other event elements throughout the season. This is a hands-on position that works both indoors and outdoors and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team. No previous experience with holiday displays is required. Training is provided. What You'll Do Set up holiday lights, decorations, and displays Help maintain displays throughout the season Replace damaged lights and decorations as needed Assist with painting and basic display repairs Help install and remove event signage Assist with event setup and tear-down Organize and store decorations and equipment Use ladders, hand tools, and basic equipment safely Follow all safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable using ladders and hand tools Helpful Experience (Not Required) Construction Landscaping Maintenance Warehouse work Event setup General labor Current Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Full-time hours During the Event Season Some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts will be required Schedules may change based on event needs After the Event Assist with display removal and storage Position is expected to continue through at least mid-January 2027 Why Join Our Team?
