The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service, a positive outlook, and exceptional communication skills. Budtenders will work closely with clients, and are expected to provide outstanding customer service, thereby maximizing profitability. This individual will need to be familiar with OLCC compliance laws and regulations and have prior product/brand knowledge. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of cannabis industry experience. You must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to increase customer loyalty and repeat sales. Ensure customer satisfaction by serving customers effectively and efficiently. Grow individual customer base; be knowledgeable. Understand and enforce OLCC compliance laws and regulations. Opening and/or closing the store with another staff member. Assisting with operations as directed by management
