Position Overview As the New Student Concierge , you'll play a crucial role in driving growth, supporting families, and building our community. You will guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensure a seamless onboarding experience, and serve as a positive ambassador for our values. This role includes direct engagement with children and families, supporting their passion for martial arts while making a meaningful impact. You'll receive full training including CPR, first aid, and martial arts instruction and progress toward a teaching role. This is a full-time, in-person position in Ardmore, PA. Applicants should be comfortable working with children, teens, and adults. Key Responsibilities Manage the enrollment process: lead generation, follow-up, and membership sales. Teach introductory private lessons to prospective members. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining professional, service-focused standards. Continuously develop sales and communication skills through training. Build strong relationships with students and families, guiding them through enrollment. Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth onboarding. Track and analyze enrollment data to improve growth strategies. Maintain availability during daytime hours and class times (M-Th 9-12 PM & 3:30-8:30 PM; Fri 8:30 AM -12 PM; Sat 8:30 AM -1 PM). Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Organize enrollment events, promotions, and participate in community events. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every family feels welcome. Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills. Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow professionally. Able to quickly learn and use our software and systems. Comfortable working on your feet and engaging with families for extended periods. Proficient with computers and social media for marketing and communication. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Passion for fitness, martial arts, or working with kids is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$4,166.66/month base + commission (with uncapped earning potential).
