Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits of store merchandise Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations, cash handling, and cash drawer management Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing store inventory to maintain an attractive shopping environment Support upselling initiatives by recommending additional products aligned with customer preferences Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Participate in supervising activities when needed, guiding new team members or assisting in training on retail procedures and product knowledge Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
