JOB LOCATION IS IN MONROE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA
The Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of material handlers that will primarily be loading products into trailers. The Site Lead will work alongside operational team to monitor progress of trailer loads and allocate resources to appropriate areas. Works with District Manager to ensure we meet the customer's expectation regarding KPI's and addressing areas of concern in a timely manner. Candidate must be able to demonstrate critical thinking, adaptability and be confident leading a team. Candidate must be comfortable with computers and have some experience with data entry as they will be responsible for processing payroll, entering data into workload management system, KPI reporting and P&L statement review. Full-Time Benefits, PTO and opportunity for advancement. Reports to District Manager. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. Additional Details
