We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized Office Secretary & Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a professional office environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails. Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars. Assist families in selecting memorials and cemetery products. Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer paperwork. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately. Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and record keeping. Maintain a clean and organized showroom. Qualifications Previous office administration, customer service, or retail sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and email. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work with families in a compassionate and respectful manner.
