As a Part-Timer, you will help lead the daily operations of our swim shop, ensuring a high level of customer service, effective team management, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining inventory standards, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, providing knowledgeable assistance and resolving any issues that may arise.Sales Management:
Drive sales performance by setting and achieving store revenue targets. Analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.Inventory Control:
Manage inventory levels, including purchasing, stocking, and merchandising strategies. Monitor product performance and optimize product assortments based on sales data.Store Operations:
Help with daily store operations, including cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and store events. Participate in community outreach and customer engagement initiatives.Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the store budget, controlling expenses and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.Experience:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, preferably in sports or swim-related industries.Knowledge:
Familiarity with swimming, swim gear, and aquatic activities is highly desirable.Skills:
o Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills o Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks o Basic math skills for transaction processing- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
