Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and product information to enhance their shopping experience Operate the cash register, handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer handling with integrity Conduct product demos when applicable, showcasing features and benefits to encourage upselling opportunities Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining organized product presentation throughout the store Use POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring retail math accuracy Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support over the phone

Skills:
