As a Body Shop Customer Service Coordinator, you will have the following tasks. While you take care of our customers, we will take care of you!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phones using polite and proper etiquette. Update customers via phone and electronically with CCC Update Plus. Open Repair Orders in CDK. Work with Production Manager and parts dept. to close Repair Orders in a timely manner. Ensure work files are complete, to contain warranties, procedures and authorizations. Work with estimator to schedule customers and confirm any additional repairs requested. Coordinate sublet work with vendors as necessary.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Repair plan in CCC is updated as needed. Maintain good housekeeping in your work area. May be required to take photos and assist with customer/vehicle check in. Position Requirements
MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma. Knowledge of basic administrative and CDK procedures. Obtain a working knowledge of CCC and its management program. Positive attitude and ability to work as a team.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES
Valid PA driver's License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will have frequent talking, hearing, seeing. Frequent standing, bending, walking, use of hands, fingers, arms. Occasionally driving. Lifting of up to 50 lbs. and carrying 25 lbs.
