Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Team Member who thrives in a dynamic, customer-first environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, while maintaining a deep knowledge of our high-quality seafood products. Having a professional, pleasant, and customer-driven attitude is ideal for individuals in this role. No prior seafood or customer service experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Weigh and wrap seafood for customers; take custom orders and fulfill special requests Set up, maintain, and break down seafood displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, fresh, and attractively presented Fillet, debone, and portion various types of seafood, including shucking shellfish Provide expert advice on seafood preparation, storage, and recipe suggestions Accurately handle all customer transactions and follow all cash handling procedures

Required Key Skills and Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor Willingness to learn about our products, with the ability to retain and apply product knowledge Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs Attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and cleanliness Ability to work weekends and holidays Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be open to learning and mastering store procedures to excel in the role
