Job Description

Sales Associate - New & Used Cars New Motors has been a staple in the Erie community since 1971, and we're looking to add a Sales Associate to the team.
The Job:
You'll be the person customers talk to when they're figuring out what car makes sense for them and their budget. That means listening first, understanding what they actually need, not just what's on the lot and then walking them through the vehicles, the numbers, and everything else that goes into buying a car!

40 Hour work week GREAT benefits High earning potential Great work enviroment What you'll be doing: Greet customers and stick with them through the whole process, not just the first five minutes Ask the right questions to figure out what they actually need and can afford Walk them through new and pre-owned vehicles — features, trade-offs, what fits their situation Take customers on test drives Explain financing, warranties, and after-sales services in a way that actually makes sense Handle the paperwork that comes with closing a sale Follow up after the sale — happy customers come back and send their friends Help keep the lot looking sharp and vehicles priced right Keep an eye on promotions, trade-in values, and what the competition's doing What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus but not required No sales experience necessary — we'll train the right person Someone who can actually talk to people and close a deal Comfortable with CRM systems and dealership software (or willing to learn) Valid driver's license, clean record Self-motivated, professional, and good to work with — we're a team here Available for evenings and weekends when the job calls for it
