By Candle Light Shop - Kitchen Kettle Village Intercourse, Pa | Part-time | $11-$14 per hour (rate based on experience and availability) Burnley Enterprises at Kitchen Kettle Village is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join the Deerskin Leather retail team. As a Sales Associate, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily sales and store operations.

Demonstrate "How to B.E." and build genuine connections in every guest interaction. Actively sell products, suggest complementary items, and support store sales goals. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all brands in the store. Accurately handle POS transactions, cash, and returns according to store procedures. Stock, merchandise, price, and display products to meet store presentation standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, including basic daily cleaning tasks. Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and organizing backstock and sales floor merchandise. Follow opening and/or closing procedures as scheduled and complete assigned checklists. Attend required meetings and trainings and respond positively to coaching and feedback. What You Bring Guest-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
