Job Description
Overview American Discount Uniform, Inc. is hiring! We are looking for customer loving, dedicated, caring sales staff to work with our excellent customer base. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge to our healthcare clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right garments that are comfortable and fit well for their busy work day. Transactions must be processed swiftly and efficiently. You must enjoy people, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment committed to delivering outstanding shopping experiences. Duties & Skills Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting products by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling. Re-stock products and garments and organize displays according to merchandising standards to ensure an attractive store environment. Handle basic retail math calculations confidently for transactions, discounts, and inventory management. Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and current trends to answer customer inquiries effectively. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers Supervising experience a plus for supporting team members and ensuring smooth store operations. Knowledge of retail merchandising principles to create appealing displays that drive sales. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor at all time. Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
