Parts Associate Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Parts Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs, both in person and over the phone Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and receiving parts Follow up with customers on special orders and backordered items Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Keep work areas clean, organized, and presentable Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or parts-related roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Mechanical or automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required

Work Environment:

Combination of retail counter and warehouse setting May require lifting, standing, and moving parts throughout the day

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
