AT&T Account Associate

We are currently hiring an AT&T Account Associate to support our sales team in the Pittsburgh area. This AT&T Account Associate position involves working directly with customers and local business owners to introduce, explain, and enroll them in AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, internet options, and bundled solutions. As an AT&T Account Associate you will be responsible for guiding customers through the decision-making process, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in the services they choose. In this AT&T Account Associate position it will include interacting with business owners to help them identify communication solutions that support their operations. You will learn how to assess business needs, recommend appropriate service packages, and maintain professional relationships that contribute to long-term customer satisfaction. This AT&T Account Associate position is designed for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, customer interaction, and business development within a structured, team-oriented environment. AT&T Account Associate Responsibilities Connect with customers and business owners in person to present AT&T products, including wireless plans, internet services, and bundled solutions Identify customer needs through conversation and recommend appropriate products and service options Clearly explain pricing, features, and benefits to ensure customers understand their options Assist customers through the sales process and account setup from start to finish completing all orders Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and professionalism Stay up to date on AT&T promotions, service updates, and product knowledge AT&T Account Associate Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of individuals Comfortable working in a customer focused environment Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback in real-time Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Reliable, professional, and able to maintain a consistent schedule Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay:

$5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
