ABOUT BLUEPRINT SPORTS AGENCY
At Blueprint Sports Agency, we build and operate NIL and revenue models that are sustainable, compliant, and aligned with our campus partners' priorities. Since 2021, our team has helped raise and direct more than $170 million in NIL compensation to college athletes, giving departments clearer roster strategies, stronger donor engagement, and more predictable revenue streams.
JOB SUMMARY
The 50/50 raffle sales associates are responsible for selling tickets to guests at each Penn State home football game at Beaver Stadium in State College, PA. Half of the jackpot proceeds raised from raffle ticket sales will go to the guest with the winning ticket; the other half will benefit NIL fundraising efforts for Happy Valley United, the official collective of Penn State Athletics. The mission of Happy Valley United is built on three pillars: Empower Athletes, Unite the Fans, and Give Back.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Communicate the 50/50 raffle rules and procedures to guests Facilitate and process raffle ticket sales via electronic devices at stationary and/or mobile locations throughout the stadium Proactively approach and engage customers to meet or exceed sales goals
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic personality with prior sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to proactively approach and engage customers to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk up to 4-5 hours
  • Efficiently handle electronic devices
  • Passion for sports and/or charity work
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
