• We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dairy Plant Assistant to support daily operations at our dairy processing facility. This position involves serving customers, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with product filling and packaging, and filling in for coworkers as needed. Duties and Responsibilities
• Wait on and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Fill, package, label, and organize dairy products
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and customer areas
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
• Stock supplies and maintain an orderly workspace
• Help with general dairy plant duties as assigned
• Fill in for coworkers and assist in different areas of the plant when needed
• Safely lift, carry, and move products and supplies
• Work cooperatively with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly. Qualifications
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Friendly and professional when working with customers
• Able to follow directions and food-safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dairy processing environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Previous customer service, food production, or dairy experience is helpful but not required. Benefits and Compensation
