Description Job Description Duties:

1. Aid in the daily activities in the operations of the Thrift Store such as, ragging out process sorting donations, sorting merchandise, pricing, tagging, etc. 2. Responsible to help maintain store cleanliness. 3. Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of store receipts and monies, daily operation of the cash register and all receipts during manager's absence /day off. 4. Keeping the store stock rotated and put out. 5. Cleaning bric-brac during the processing and pricing process. 6. Responsible in aiding the customers and providing excellent customer service. 7. Report to the Manager any customer complaints or volunteer complaints, problems. 8. Special projects as assigned by the Manager. 9. Attend employee meetings. 10. Must be physically able to stand for prolonged periods, lift, and bend. 11. Responsible to aid in the enactment of a pleasant atmosphere within the thrift store that promotes customer relations, and informs the public of the ministries of American Rescue Workers. Must be available to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9 AM - 6:30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS

Should have some experience in retail/sales. Able to follow simple direction. Organizational and coordinating skills needed. Must be able to work in an extremely high level of productivity with minimum direct supervision. Dress in a professional manner.
