• $13 an hour 4 days ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Overview We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Total Wireless store.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by assisting them in finding the right products and services to meet their needs. We are currently hiring for Washington, PA location. This location may provide ample down time while at work. This position is eligible for sales commission on top of hourly wage. There is no cap on commission so if you are passionate about sales, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products and services that meet their needs. Answer customer inquiries in person, via phone, or email, and provide accurate information about Total Wireless products, services, and promotions. Process transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges, using the company's point-of-sale system. Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving and processing new merchandise and restocking shelves. Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and is easy for customers to find. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to ensure a safe and secure working environment. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team. Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Looking for part-time or full

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework preferred. Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, speak clearly, and write effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
