Café & Meal Plan Team Member Clean Eatz is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated team member who is ready to learn all aspects of our operation . This is not a position where you will be assigned to just one area—you will be cross-trained on everything we do and will help wherever the team needs you. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced team. What You'll Do As a Café & Meal Plan Team Member, you will be trained in: Cooking and preparing menu items according to Clean Eatz recipes and standards Preparing ingredients and completing kitchen prep Working the café line and assembling customer orders Operating the register and POS system Greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service Answering questions about our menu, meal plans, and Grab 'N Go options Preparing weekly meal plan ingredients Building and portioning meal plan meals Packaging, sealing, labeling, and organizing meals Stocking and organizing Grab 'N Go freezers and retail areas Receiving and putting away food and supply deliveries Following proper food safety, sanitation, and portion-control procedures Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, café, and work area Washing dishes and completing daily cleaning responsibilities Restocking supplies and preparing the store for upcoming shifts Helping with opening and/or closing responsibilities Jumping into different areas of the business as needed to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For We need someone who is: Reliable and dependable — showing up on time and ready to work is extremely important Willing and eager to learn Comfortable being cross-trained in multiple positions Friendly and confident interacting with customers Able to work quickly while still paying attention to accuracy and quality A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Organized and able to follow directions, recipes, and portioning standards Comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced environment Able to maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts Able to work independently once trained Previous restaurant, cooking, food prep, or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person .
