Job Description Westgate Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Corporate Sales Support Team Member to join our growing Corporate Sales team in Ocoee, FL ! This role is responsible for coordinating inventory trades, facilitating owner-to-owner exchanges, resolving inventory challenges, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management. As a Corporate Sales Support Team Member, you will serve as a critical liaison between owners, internal departments, and customer support teams to facilitate inventory trades and ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, inventory management, banking, timeshare, hospitality, or related administrative environments.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and facilitate owner inventory trades, including matching owners with similar inventory for mutually beneficial exchanges. Manage and maintain accurate documentation of trade agreements, inventory records, and owner communications. Review and execute commitments outlined in trade option letters and related agreements. Communicate directly with owners regarding inventory availability, trade opportunities, and transaction status updates. Resolve inventory discrepancies by partnering with internal departments and stakeholders. Work closely with Customer Support teams to address owner concerns and improve customer satisfaction. Investigate and resolve trade-related issues while maintaining positive owner relationships. Monitor inventory availability and identify opportunities for successful trade placements. Collaborate with Sales, Trade Administration, Customer Support, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives. Maintain compliance with company policies, trade procedures, and documentation requirements. Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Provide timely updates and reporting to leadership regarding inventory, trades, and customer concerns. Work Schedule & Hybrid Requirements Six (6) weeks of paid on-site training, Monday through Friday. Hybrid work schedule following successful training completion.Current schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
10:30 AM- 7:00
PM Friday:
9:30 AM- 6:00 PM No weekends currently required.
What You Will Bring:
Experience in Corporate Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Account Coordination, Trade Administration, Banking, Hospitality, Timeshare, or a related field. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Timeshare industry experience. Inventory management experience. Customer relations or customer success experience. Banking, document management, or contract administration experience. Hospitality or resort operations experience. High School Diploma or GED equivalent Florida Real Estate License is required.Technical Skills:
