Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to assess roofing needs, explain product options, and deliver compelling presentations that highlight benefits and features Generate leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging CRM software to identify potential clients within assigned territories Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing questions, and offering tailored solutions that meet individual homeowner needs Utilize sales management systems and CRM tools such as Acculynx to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently Negotiate pricing, project scope, and terms with clients to secure successful agreements while maintaining profitability Collaborate with the management team on territory planning, marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets to maximize growth opportunities Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or technical sales environments—preferably within the roofing or home improvement industry Strong management skills with the ability to lead client negotiations and close deals confidently Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and achieving sales targets within a territory-based setting Proficiency with CRM software such as Acculynx or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities Excellent communication skills for client engagement, product demonstrations, and negotiation negotiations Experience working remotely or in a mobile sales environment with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple territories Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions that align with company offerings Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels growth! DO YOU QUALIFY?

Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills. Must be able to sell and close contracts. Must have reliable transportation, and be able to get on ladder and perform roof inspections. Assist homeowners filing insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events. Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, property contract jobs.

• Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired.

Must be energetic, social and have great people skills. Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others. Potential to move up in the Company to Field Trainer and/or Sales Management positions. This job is 100% commission; weekly draws are available. Paid Training is available the first 2 weeks
