Job Description

Job Overview We are excited to announce immediate openings for dynamic Sales Associates, both in-store and outdoor, eager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a vital member of our sales team, you will engage with diverse clients, promote our innovative products and services, and expand our market reach through proactive business development. What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and sales skills Bilingual (English & Spanish)
REQUIRED
Self-motivated and goal-oriented Experience in sales (preferred, but not required) Duties Actively engage with customers in-store and outdoors to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts to expand our customer base Manage territory accounts by developing strategic plans for growth, retention, and upselling opportunities Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks Negotiate deals confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, partnerships, and B2B sales opportunities Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning Lead sales meetings, coordinate with management on sales strategies, and contribute to team goals Perform product demos for clients, highlighting technical features and value propositions to close sales effectively Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or retail products Strong management skills with the ability to lead accounts and develop long-term client relationships Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation and cold calling techniques Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales pipelines and customer data Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to upselling and closing deals Ability to conduct technical product demos confidently while explaining complex features clearly Strong analysis skills for market research, sales forecasting, and performance metrics evaluation Exceptional communication skills for inside sales calls, face-to-face interactions, and team collaboration Knowledge of marketing principles that support brand positioning and promotional campaigns Experience in retail sales environments or outdoor sales settings is highly desirable Join us today as we build a passionate team dedicated to exceeding expectations through energetic engagement, strategic thinking, and relentless drive!

$3,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
