• Previous security industry experience is not required. We are willing to train the right individual who brings strong communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, and a positive attitude. If you are motivated to grow your income and career while helping clients protect what matters most, we would like to speak with you. What You'll Do
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Meet with homeowners and small business owners
• Learn and present residential and light commercial security solutions
• Conduct in-person consultations and needs assessments
• Prepare proposals with support and training from leadership
• Build strong client relationships through professionalism and follow-through
• Represent the Alert Protective brand with integrity and enthusiasm What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Previous client service, retail, hospitality, internship, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working independently and in the field
• Basic technology/computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
