Job Description
Job Summary Join the original paver sealant manufacturer, and help take this small business to the next level. Become our first sales associate with a wide open landscape with plenty of opportunities to prosper and grow. The right person could be given a chance to build out our sales department, and train future sales professionals. There is no cap on pay. The position will include a base salary, along with commissions, and bonuses! Responsibilities Meet with existing customers, gather feedback, improve pricing transparency and improve service. Listen attentively to understand their needs, and recommend solutions Maintain an online presence on different social media platforms, interact with contractors and distributors in various groups Provide activity and tracking reports for prospects and customers Qualifications Previous experience in the coatings industry is preferred but not required; a positive attitude are essential! Marketing experience is a plus! Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members Must be an independent, self-starter, with the ability to be a problem solver
