Job Description

Description Sales Associate Worth Higgins & Associates, a leading provider of comprehensive marketing communications solutions in Virginia, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by engaging with potential clients and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach activities
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our range of services including e-commerce portals, branding, design, warehousing, fulfillment, wide-format printing, and mailing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within marketing, communications, or related industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
