• candidates must be open to driving to Lincoln to pick up and drop off their equipment and be onsite for occasional meetings.

Prefer candidates in and around the Omaha and Lincoln areas; must work out of Nebraska. The best fit candidate will be very analytical, not super out going, and will have strong computer skills We are seeking to hire a temporary Sales Support Specialist to assist workflow for our seasonal activity and will be in this role until mid November. Extension of assignment maybe made at a later day if business needs require a longer assignment. Looking to start 3 people late june/early july.

Daily Duties:

This team is responsible for creating and providing dental and vision proposals to field offices nationwide. The core focus is on cases with less than 200 enrolled lives and providing support to the field offices by assisting with questions about the products, plan design elements and business guidelines. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams including the Business Development (BD) Underwriters and BD Sales Representatives. Will utilize Microsoft Excel on a daily basis

• sorting, filtering, building pivot tables, analyzing/reviewing data, adding rows, etc.

Become knowledgeable on Group Dental & Vision products including, but not limited to plan design elements and rating components of these plan elements. Review request for proposals (RFP's) for field offices. Become skilled at analyzing the details of the RFP and interpreting documents to effectively match groups' current Dental/Vision plan booklets. Utilize our SalesXpress rating system to create plan designs requested on the RFP and generate Dental/Vision proposals to send to the field offices. Support the field offices by answering questions about proposals, rates, products business guidelines and sales strategies. Deliver excellent customer experience through daily interactions with internal and external customers. Work with team members to meet specified metrics for completion of manual quotes and sold case submissions. Looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service, excellent problem solving and analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, collaborate in a team environment and work independently, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00
