Position Scope Dynarex is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Associate to work out of our corporate headquarters office in Montvale, NJ. The Sales Support Associate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by assisting with day-to-day operations, managing customer and account-related tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through ongoing account support. You will be responsible for cross-referencing products, managing sample requests, and preparing materials for sales representative meetings, along with supporting account management activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong administrative skills, pays strong attention to detail, and is comfortable on the phone, and is able to work collaboratively across departments to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel (including VLOOKUP's), and Word, is required. What your impact will look like at Dynarex Serve as a key support resource for the sales team, assisting with daily operational and administrative needs Cross-reference products to ensure accuracy in recommendations, pricing support, and quotations Manage and coordinate sample requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and follow-up Prepare materials and assist with meeting preparation for sales representatives Support customer and account communication related to product inquiries and general requests Work closely with Sales, Customer Care, Logistics, and other departments to support customer and sales needs Help streamline processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the sales support function Stay informed on product offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively support the sales team Assist in resolving customer or account-related issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams Contribute to building strong customer relationships by supporting a positive, responsive experience Participate in training and development to strengthen product knowledge and internal processes You will love this job if you have: Associate's degree preferred (experience is highly valued) 2-3 years of administrative, sales support, or customer service experience (medical, healthcare, or distribution industry preferred) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Must be comfortable on the phone and interacting with customers and internal teams Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/365, including Outlook, Excel (VLOOKUP's preferred), and Word Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required Additional Information We care like family—come join a world-class progressive organization with a sustainable mission.
