Seasonal Sales Associate

920 Sheds is looking for a motivated Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team during our busiest time of year (spring through fall). This is a part-time, w-9, independent contracted position with flexible scheduling (you create your own hours and schedule!) and strong earning potential for driven individuals. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working with customers, and wants to earn based on performance. You'll be helping customers find the right portable building solutions including sheds, garages, chicken coops, cabanas, greenhouses, and cabins.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the right building for their needs Respond to online inquiries (Facebook Marketplace, messages, etc.) Meet with customers on-site and guide them through the sales process Follow up with leads and maintain communication Help keep displays and lot organized

Compensation:

Commission-based pay Income is directly tied to your effort and sales performance High earning potential during peak season

What We're Looking For:

Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using phone, text, and social media for communication Ability to work independently Sales experience preferred, but not required
