Senior Sales Associate

DRF Water Heating Solutions is hiring a Senior Water Solutions Sales Associate to join its team in Plainfield, IL. The Senior Water Solutions Sales Associate will support customers in a mix of high-intent inbound leads and strategic outbound follow-up having real conversations with homeowners. This is a flexible hybrid role with uncapped commission and may require hours outside of 1st shift. Top performers earn $60,000-$80,000+ per year, with opportunity to earn weekly commission based on weekly revenue targets.
