Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. Your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive memorable shopping experiences. In this role, you will be the friendly face that helps customers find what they need, and ensures the sales floor is inviting and well-organized. Hours consist of 3 to 5 set days per week with Weekends A Must ! Your energy and proactive approach will contribute to a vibrant store environment, fostering customer loyalty and boosting sales. This well paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while working in a fast-paced, engaging setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their shopping needs. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Merchandising clothing, including processing new inventory and organizing into boxes and or/shelves. Upsell relevant products and accessories, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
