We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as an entry-level AT&T Sales Associate. This role is responsible for driving sales by presenting AT&T products and services to local business partners and developing strong relationships within the regional market. AT&T Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage directly with local business partners to generate new sales opportunities Present AT&T products and services aligned with each business operational requirements Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing Maintain consistent follow-up to support repeat sales and long-term business retention Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of sales activities and business interactions Collaborate with fellow Sales Associates to share best practices, coordinate outreach efforts, and strengthen overall sales performance
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
Strong interest in building a career in sales Effective communication and negotiation skills with a focus on client relationships Ability to understand operational needs and recommend appropriate solutions Self-directed with a high level of accountability for sales results Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required This position offers a structured environment for professionals committed to achieving measurable sales outcomes while building long-term business partnerships.
