- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience
- Offer detailed product information, address inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Efficiently handle cash transactions while ensuring a balanced cash drawer
- Implement effective store merchandising strategies to maintain visual standards
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions to enhance customer experience
Skills:
