Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Manager to oversee our self-storage facility in West Warwick. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and sales skills who can ensure smooth daily operations and a positive tenant experience. We offer flexible predictable schedules, sales training and support. Reports to
Director of Operations Pay:
$17.50- $18.
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week), includes weekend hours, with 2 days off per weekKey Responsibilities:
Open and close the facility, completing daily checklists Assist customers with rentals, payments, account updates, and inquiries (in person and by phone) Manage move-ins, process payments, and maintain accurate records using property management software Follow up on delinquent accounts and reporting Communicate with tenants via phone, email, and text as needed Oversee property upkeep, coordinate maintenance, and perform regular site inspections Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintainedQualifications:
Prior office, administrative or sales experience required Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and in-person) Proficiency with CRM or customer management software Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience in sales, leasing, or property/facilities management preferred Ability to handle conflict professionally; sales experience is a plus Availability to work weekends as needed If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with customers in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Pay:
