We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Auto Body Technician with a focus on body work, frame & welding to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, positive attitude and the ability to restore vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and estimate damage to vehicle bodies and frames. Remove damaged parts and components. Repair and replace damaged vehicle body parts Perform metal fabrication and welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and spot welding. Align and straighten vehicle frames Sand, grind, and prepare surfaces for painting. Install and align replacement parts such as doors, fenders, and bumpers. Ensure all repairs meet safety and OEM quality standards. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in auto body repair and welding techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Certification from a vocational school or 2+ years of auto body repair experience Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and spot welding techniques. Strong knowledge of vehicle body construction and repair techniques. Ability to use various hand tools and frame measuring equipment. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
