Job Description

A&M Ventures, a sales and development firm that inherited Verizon's gold, wants Wireless Enrollment Associates to champion Frontier's internet and TV services. The Wireless Enrollment Associate starts by learning our enrollment process from the ground up, gaining the product knowledge and communication skills needed to help customers make confident decisions about their Internet and TV services. As a Wireless Enrollment Associate, you'll start with sales and product training that covers everything about our fiber internet and TV bundles. After training, the Wireless Enrollment Associate meets customers face to face, helping them enroll, answering questions about speeds and channel lineups, and closing sales that actually improve their internet experience. Every Wireless Enrollment Associate plays an important role in driving sales growth while helping customers find the right connectivity solutions. Role Responsibilities of the Wireless Enrollment Associate Help customers in New London explore Frontier Internet and TV services while providing guidance throughout the enrollment journey. Facilitate enrollment conversations that help customers make informed decisions about connectivity and entertainment services. Identify opportunities to support sales initiatives by matching customer needs with available service offerings. Ensure enrollment information is collected accurately and processed efficiently to support a positive customer experience. Encourage customer engagement by building relationships and offering personalized service recommendations. Drive sales and enrollment success by helping customers confidently move forward with Frontier Internet and TV services. Participate in ongoing sales development and training designed to improve performance and customer engagement. Work alongside other Wireless Enrollment Associate team members to achieve enrollment and sales goals.
