Job Description
Sales/Design Associate We are looking for an energetic, confident and goal driven Design Assistant or Experienced Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs, understanding of how to design a room or space for seasonal clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor being a helpful team player throughout the business and showroom.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a computer
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and assisting in maintaining the showroom floor as new shipments arrive
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business with confidence and responsiveness
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales, minimum of 5 years
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task and keep calm
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail and follow-up
- Experience in furniture sales is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Skills:
- Computer skills including online marketing and web design
- Texting & email proficient
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills with confidence in ability
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$40,000.00- $100,000.
