Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Team Member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create an engaging shopping experience for customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products, stocking shelves, and ensuring displays are attractive Conduct upselling by suggesting additional products or services to meet customer needs Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties with integrity Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory counts Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations Skills Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats Customer service expertise with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills necessary for daily retail operations and cash register accuracy This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
