Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding service in our retail store. In this role, you'll advise students, parents, and educators on band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories. You will lead by example on the sales floor, support lesson enrollment, maintain merchandising standards, and handle basic POS and inventory tasks. You'll collaborate with school service reps, uphold a friendly, student-focused environment, and help meet store performance goals while promoting music education in the community.
