ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Representative with Patti Grooms State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
Compensation:
$50,000
- 60,000 per year Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
