Job Description

Midlands Pressure Wash Services is looking for a motivated Sales Manager! As a Sales Manager you will work: 40 or more hours a week Locally (Residential and Commercial) Possibly out of state (Commercial) Some weekends Sales Manager duties include: Oversee local and regional sales Directing and coordinating all sales locally and regionally Tracking and analyzing sales statistics Handling and resolving customer complaints Setting discount rates and determining price schedules Advising and educating distributors and clients on policies and procedures Serving as the face of the company Developing and maintaining relationships with clients Set sales quotas and goals Identifying emerging markets to find new opportunities Maintain involvement in the community Collaborate with pressure washing techs Learn and master government bidding We offer
