Duties Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to meet their needs Promote and sell retail products, financial services, and banking solutions effectively Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques Assist customers with loan processing inquiries and basic financial software navigation Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience Handle cash register operations, including 10 key typing and retail math calculations Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required Basic math skills, including retail math and cash handling proficiency Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills with an energetic, positive attitude Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately under pressure Demonstrated ability to handle cash management tasks responsibly Willingness to learn about banking products, loan processing, and financial services Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels success!
